While previously working as a veterinary technician for 13 years, Stephanie enrolled herself in Reiki and Crystal Healing courses so she could help people on the side, as well as animals at work. In 2022, she transitioned from the veterinary field and graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist. As of March 2024 she is also registered as a Manual Osteopathic Therapist.

Stephanie’s passion is to ensure her clients feel their best by achieving a state of balance in their body as well as their mind, whether this be through her osteopathic training, massage therapy, or through her energy work.

Anyone who enters her room will notice immediately how she focuses on each individual and their unique situation, rather than treating clients using a broad, non-personalized approach.

Stephanie has also been working with the Lloydminster Junior B Bandits hockey team as their trainer for the past two seasons.

At Roots of Wellness, Stephanie is currently offering Manual Osteopathic Therapy, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone massage, as well as Reiki.
